The airport was conveniently located right next to the holiday home. I loved the fact that I could do my laundry without having to go far. So convenient!
Who needs a good night's sleep anyway? The bed was as bouncy as a trampoline and just as noisy.

Castle View Villa provided a wonderful stay for us. The location was perfect, with a lovely view of the castle. The manager went above and beyond by meeting us at the station and showing us around the house. The house itself was very comfortable and well set up, with a cozy patio to enjoy the view. The owner's thoughtfulness in leaving breakfast items for us was much appreciated. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and the beds were comfortable.
We did experience some minor inconveniences, such as slow wifi and the lack of a shelf in the shower. However, these were very minor issues in comparison to the overall positive experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. From the kitchen window, you can enjoy a stunning view of the historic castle. The hosts were also great communicators and provided thoughtful touches like fresh milk, bread, and butter on arrival.
The wifi could be improved as it was quite slow and sometimes struggled to load web pages.

What a mind-blowing experience we had at this place! The location is absolutely perfect, and the house itself is super nicely set up and comfortable. We were blown away when the manager actually met us at the station and showed us around, and to top it off, they even set up the WiFi for us. The decoration of the house is so warm and cozy, just like my own home. Everything was well prepared and cleaned, and we were pleasantly surprised to find basic food like milk, juice, and bread in the kitchen and fridge. The owner's thoughtfulness didn't end there - they even left us butter to go with the bread. The bed and couches were so comfortable, and we loved being able to stream Netflix and Prime on the flat-screen TV. When we mentioned that we needed dishwasher tablets, the owner quickly sent some over. And let's not forget about the washer/dryer combo - it actually got our clothes dry, which is a jaw-dropping feat in the UK. The central location was perfect for eating, shopping, and exploring the area, and we were thrilled to have a gorgeous view of the castle from the kitchen window. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they even provided us with the lockbox code before our arrival. The shower was lovely and large, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also thrilled to find some nice breakfast items in the fridge. And to top it all off, the property is just a couple of streets away from the train station and an affordable car park. Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to book this place again in the future. It was definitely great value for money.

Communication with the hosts was excellent, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The property was clean and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location of the property was fantastic, being centrally located and close to parking options. The view of the nearby landmarks was stunning, adding a touch of charm to our stay. We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast items that were provided, saving us time and effort in the mornings. we felt that our stay was great value for money.
The steep staircase in the property was a bit inconvenient, especially for those with mobility issues or young children. One of the pullout beds was not made up, requiring us to search for bedding ourselves.
